What is coaching?
Coaching fosters self-reflection. A coach does not provide advice or ideas but skilfully guides you to find your own answers and unlock hidden potential – through deep listening and thought-provoking, powerful questions.
Coaching can support you in both work and life, on any topic, including defining your goals and how to reach them, overcoming barriers, reflecting on behaviours, exploring career options and managing your work-life balance.
All coaches at SAP have been through a globally recognised training education, adhere to quality and ethical guidelines and work in keeping with confidentiality standards.
