As part of your Benefit Enrolment, you can buy additional holiday.
As an employee working at SAP for up to 5 years, you can purchase up to 5 days of extra holidays. From the beginning of the 5th year of employment, you can purchase 10 days of extra holiday.
The cost of your purchased leave will be displayed upon selection in the benefits tool. The cost will be deducted monthly through payroll. Any unused purchased additional holidays at the end of the year will be paid to the employee in December payroll.
New joiners have one month to select this benefit.
