Celebrate your birthday with extra annual leave on SAP
We all celebrate our birthday in different ways – some of us prefer to keep to keep it short and sweet, others like to extend it to a week of celebrations. However you choose to celebrate the day, it’s your day – a day to celebrate life and that’s worth recognising.
Each employee in Ireland will be allocated one extra annual leave day called ‘Birthday Day’ and it is here to stay – you can use this on your actual birthday or another day of your choosing. This day must be taken in the calendar year it is allocated and cannot be carried over.

Flexible benefit

Benefit budget allowance
You’re able to claim some benefits from a benefit budget allowance, paid for on behalf of SAP Ireland.
